Making Hotels Itinerary page more user-friendly
As we decided to revamp our pre-booking flow and aligning it to our new design language, I worked on revamping the itinerary page to enhance user experience & boost conversion. Key highlight of the project was to revamp the coupon/gift card application flow.
Impact - 20% ↑ conversion stepwise conversion
Overhauling Hotels to boost conversion
Identifying user problems in the hotels funnel and solving for them along while enhancing the visual language, usability & accessibility of the platform leading to increment in conversion.
Impact - Enhanced conversion, retention & GMV
